About
Hanna
Somatic
Movement
Ever feel a tight muscle in your neck and shoulder and wish you could "undo" the contraction and release the pain?
This is exactly what you learn to do in Hanna Somatic Movement. This little known modality of movement and bodywork is incredibly effective at training your nervous system to release chronically contracted muscles.
Every life experience comes with a muscular pattern: from daily stress, sitting at a desk to major traumas and car accidents. These tension patterns layer on our bodies and create immobility, pain and discomfort.
Using this powerful, gentle, deeply sensuous movement technique, you will release and lengthen tight muscles back to a more natural length and feel a sense of peace, calm and freedom within your body, mind and spirit.

Crystal Harmoenius
Is a holistic bodywork practitioner, somatic movement educator, founder and Co-owner of Mindful You Yoga & Wellness Co-op in Baltimore. For the past three years, she has been guiding a weekly somatic yoga class, helping participants gently reconnect with their bodies, unwind chronic tension, and build a compassionate relationship with their nervous systems.
Crystal’s path into somatic work is rooted in her own story. After years of caregiving, overworking, and navigating burnout, she found herself deeply disconnected from her own vitality. Although she had long been a subtle-body-focused yoga teacher, it wasn’t until she discovered Aimee’s work through the Radiance Program that she truly came back home to her body and her being. That experience marked a profound shift that allowed her not just to teach embodiment, but to live it.
Crystal’s passion for holistic healing was also shaped by the years she was a caregiver to her mom. That experience drove her to want to a better understanding of the body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal holistically rather than the compartmentalized and symptom-focused path she witnessed in her moms treatments.
Today, Crystal blends intuitive touch therapy, somatic movement education, and nervous system awareness to guide others back to their own inner rhythm, resilience, and radiance within their evolving soma.
