It’s Me and Not Me: The Paradox of Embodied Healing

It’s me and it’s not me. It’s the water and it’s not the water. It’s the modality and my unique soul configuration.
I am blessed with offering serious, potent and REAL neurophysiologically shifting modalities into the world.
AND
It is my unique essence, lineage and life path that have brought me to this moment, where I can choose to channel the presence needed for profound healing to occur.
I am mistaken to completely identify with my success.
And I am mistaken to deny the true acknowledgment for all I have contributed through my beingness.
It’s that deep, ineffable paradox of one and the other,
01010101
that creates alchemical transformation.
I am flexible, in my beingness, in my energy. It used to be only my body (hypermobility) but now my form has learned a new way (that is sometimes stiff, it’s okay BOUNDARIES are good)
This willingness to change directions in the moment without resistance is part of my success with my clients.
It enables me to meet a person exactly where they are, without the ego of wanting them to be some other way than how they are.
It is in presence and a willingness to meet the moment, that we can truly heal.
And I have been privileged to witness this over and over. In myself and others.
It is part of what gives my confidence, which is another way of saying, I trust myself.
I trust you.
I trust my path.
I trust your path.
And you can learn to trust it too.
Through your BODY and your inner felt experience.
Because it is you and not you.
That feels and heals.
It is always one and another.
